Chosen Foundation, Romania is a non-profit, humanitarian foundation, established in June 2000, by Stoian Ionica Oana, in Timisoara. The
aims of the Foundation are:
* to improve the quality of life for children, both materially and spiritually. * to provide an organized framework for offering material support and medical services to children who are ill or impoverished. * to improve social living conditions for those children who are disadvantaged and to improve their relationship with society, by housing, caring, education and social reintegration. * to reintegrate children from disadvantaged families into school, thus improving their education level. To encourage the school performance of intelligent children who don't have the material resources to stay in school. * to reunite street children with their families, improving relationships between parents and children. |
